No. Estimates are free and written, with materials and timeline itemized so you know exactly what you are paying for.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured. We are happy to provide documentation before work begins.
Can a cracked stoop be repaired, or does it need replacing?
It depends on whether the damage is surface level or structural. We will tell you honestly which one you are dealing with, even when the answer is the cheaper repair.
How long does a typical job take?
Most stoops and walkways are two to four days. Larger retaining walls and chimney rebuilds run longer, and your estimate will give a specific window.
What time of year can you pour concrete?
Most of the year. In cold months we adjust the mix and protect the pour, and we will tell you if conditions mean waiting is the better call.
